Commercial to residential conversion and refurbishment of existing flats, GDV £1.2m
The works comprised the conversion of existing retail space into 2 x 1 bedroom flats, office space into 1 x 2 bedroom house and the reconfiguring and refurbishment of the existing 4 x 1 bedroom flats and common landings.
South London
Air space extension and conversion of commercial unit, GDV £1.2m
Creating 3 x 1 bedroom flats above a refurbished commercial unit. The brief included sourcing additional consultants, tendering the works and managing the contractor over a 10-month build period.
Kent
Fitting out of 12 apartments and 5 commercial units, GDV £2.5m
Previous developer had encountered financial problems. We initially proved the viability of the scheme to secure finance and subsequently managed the project through to completion, which required closer liaison than normal with the lender.
